Does Sire auto-apply to jobs for me?
No. Sire is for deliberate decisions, with you in control. It is not built to maximize application volume. Sire prepares each application for your review. Nothing goes to an employer without your approval, and Sire does not submit LinkedIn Easy Apply.
How is Sire different from ChatGPT or other job-search tools?
General AI tools can be extremely useful during a job search. Sire is being built specifically around the search itself — your experience, what you're looking for, and the decisions you make along the way. The goal is for that understanding to become more useful as your search progresses.
Does Sire take action without my approval?
No. You review what Sire learned. Meaningful actions stay with you. Nothing goes to an employer without your approval.
Does Sire invent career facts?
Sire does not invent career facts. It works from what you provide, and you review what it learned before anything is used.
Do I need a résumé?
A résumé is how Sire learns your experience today. You upload it, then review what Sire took from it. You can confirm, correct, or mark Don't use this on what it found.
What can I control?
You stay in control of what Sire may use. You can confirm, correct, or mark Don't use this. Apply, Pass, and Apply with instructions are your decisions.
Who is Sire for?
Sire is designed for professionals who want to be deliberate about their next move. It is especially suited to experienced professionals and executives whose search depends on fit, positioning, and judgment — not simply application volume. You do not need a certain title or salary to start.
Is Sire a recruiter?
No. A traditional recruiter is usually hired by an employer to fill a role. Sire is a personal AI headhunter that works for you, the candidate. It is not a recruiter tool or an employer hiring product.
What can I use today?
SIRE is in early access, with a waitlist. You can create an account, tell Sire what you're looking for, upload your résumé, review what Sire learned — Yes, Edit, or Don't use this — and reach Ready. Sire searches Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby boards plus a broad job index, guided by your profile and brief. It does not search every job. You can paste a LinkedIn job link, and Sire looks for the employer's own application. If that application is not found, the role is saved and you apply on LinkedIn yourself. Sire prepares each application for your review. Nothing goes to an employer without your approval.
Does Sire look for jobs for me?
Yes. Sire searches Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby boards plus a broad job index, guided by your profile and brief, and surfaces the strongest matches for review. It is built around quality, not volume. It does not search every job. You can paste a LinkedIn job link, and Sire looks for the employer's own application. If that application is not found, the role is saved and you apply on LinkedIn yourself. LinkedIn Connect is identity only. Sire does not automate LinkedIn, send messages there, or submit Easy Apply.
How is my information handled?
We store the email you use to sign in, your résumé, your answers and preferences, and facts you have confirmed. Messages sent through the contact form are received so we can respond. We do not sell your personal information. See Privacy for more.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Sire is a web product today. There is not a separate phone app or store listing.
