Sire stores résumés and other materials that account holders upload. If you believe material on Sire infringes a copyright you own, you may send a notice to the contact on this page.
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the material you believe is infringing and where it appears, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. Counsel has not approved this wording.
Draft for counsel: accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
Publishing a contact here is not, by itself, a statement that a registration has been filed. Do not send passwords or a full résumé in a copyright notice.
